I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was beautifully clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed oasis after exploring Como. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything. However, the service experience was somewhat mixed, as I encountered a bit of a wait during check-in and some unhelpful staff interactions. Overall, the stay offered great value for money, especially considering the amenities.

The hotel is situated in a lovely spot right in the heart of Como, making it perfect for exploring the town. My room overlooked a gorgeous piazza, which added to the charm, but it was quite small and a bit cramped. The staff, particularly the lovely lady and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. Dining options were decent but somewhat limited, and while the location is unbeatable, the room could use some improvements in layout and size.
